All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Standard shipping: 45 DKK

EU
Standard shipping: 99 DKK

International (outside EU)
Standard shipping: 299 DKK

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Processing time

All BlingBabyCases pieces are handmade to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.


Customs & duties (International orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Returns

Because all items are custom-made and created to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

Each case is made specifically for you based on your selected options, which means it cannot be resold.


REPAIRS & CARE ♡

BlingBabyCases pieces are made to be loved. Sometimes, loved things need a little care along the way.

If your case breaks, loses a charm, or needs fixing, you’re always welcome to reach out - even if some time has passed since your purchase.

We’re happy to look at repair options whenever possible.
Depending on the issue, repairs may be free or offered for a small fee.
