HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose your base

Start by selecting the product you want to customize (phone case, AirPods case, lighter case, etc.) and choose your phone/AirPods/iPad/MacBook model if relevant.

2. Customize your piece

Use the customization options to select letters, colours and charms.
If you have any preferences - or things you’d like to avoid - you can leave a note in the cart when placing your order.

Every piece is designed with your input in mind, while still leaving room for creativity.

3. Handmade to order

Once your order is placed, your case is handmade from scratch, just for you.

Each piece is carefully assembled by hand using selected charms, pearls and details.
No two cases are ever exactly the same - and that’s the magic.

4. Processing time

Because all items are custom-made, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
